Proposed Michigan Waterfowl Seasons (Canada Goose)

Again, these are proposed dates/bags. NRC and Feds still must approve them.

Early Canada Goose
UP Sept 1-10 3 birds/day
LP Sept 1-15 3 birds/day

Regular Canada Goose
Upper Peninsula: Sept. 24 – Oct 21 (28 days) 2 birds/day
Lower Peninsula: Oct. 1 –Oct 16th and Nov. 26 – Dec. 7 (28 days) 2 birds/day

I have not heard final word on the recommended late season. Most likely it will be Dec 31- Jan 31 with 3 (maybe 5) birds/day.

If Sky is like "T", it will be dragged by the head or wing. :D She will pick them up now but it took awhile for her to do so. Now Maggie who is a 90+ lb tank of a weim picks them up like they are nothing.
